Very easy
- 50 g flour
- 250 g Chokolinette
- 100 g walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1sachet baking powder
- Coarsely chop the walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Soften the chokolinette in a bain-marie. It should be runny.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar, flour and baking powder.
- Add the melted chokolinette. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the dried fruit.
- Pour into a tin and bake for 15 minutes. Check doneness by inserting the blade of a knife.
