Choko Linette brownie

  • 50 g flour
  • 250 g Chokolinette
  • 100 g walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1sachet baking powder
  • Coarsely chop the walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Soften the chokolinette in a bain-marie. It should be runny.
  • Mix the eggs with the sugar, flour and baking powder.
  • Add the melted chokolinette. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the dried fruit.
  • Pour into a tin and bake for 15 minutes. Check doneness by inserting the blade of a knife.
