Blackberry crust with Coconut by Inspiration Sans Gluten

Very easy
- 160g fresh blackberries
- 70g of rice flour
- 40g almond powder
- 40g whole sugar
- 15g coconut
- 2 tbsp Coconut
- 60g margarine
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- In a bowl, mix the almond powder with the rice flour, sugar, coconut and spread.
- Melt the margarine and stir it into the mixture.
- Place 3/4 of the preparation in a medium mould.
- Add the blackberries, distributing them evenly.
- Then add the rest of the preparation on top to enclose the blackberries.
- Cook for 30 minutes
