Blackberry crust with Coconut by Inspiration Sans Gluten

  • 160g fresh blackberries
  • 70g of rice flour
  • 40g almond powder
  • 40g whole sugar
  • 15g coconut
  • 2 tbsp Coconut
  • 60g margarine
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond powder with the rice flour, sugar, coconut and spread.
  • Melt the margarine and stir it into the mixture.
  • Place 3/4 of the preparation in a medium mould.
  • Add the blackberries, distributing them evenly.
  • Then add the rest of the preparation on top to enclose the blackberries.
  • Cook for 30 minutes
