Chokolinette-pecan cookies

  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 gr whole cane sugar
  • 40 gr cane sugar
  • 120 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp liquid vanilla extract
  • 60 gr pecan nut + 50 gr for the top
  • Chokolinette spread
  • Put the flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, cane sugar and whole cane sugar in a bowl. Mix with a whisk.
  • In a bowl, melt the butter (not completely, as a softened butter it's perfect).
  • Add to the mixture and knead.
  • Then add the egg and liquid vanilla extract. Continue to knead.
  • Crush the pecans. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
  • Make cookie balls by flattening them slightly.
  • Bake at 180°C for only 8 minutes, your cookies will continue to cook outside the oven.
  • Add a teaspoon of the spread to the top of your cookies and add pecans.
